I know I've been MIA from the blog scene recently, and it's becoming apparent that I'll be away for a bit longer. So, I'm putting up an official "on hiatus" notice. I promise I'll be back soon(ish), but for now there is just so much going on right now that I need to step back and breathe.
On a happy note, D and I got engaged last week (right after my birthday)- YAY. You can see the proposal story and pictures of the ring here. On a sad note, my precious little Stella Bear (our lab) needs to have surgery for a torn ACL- boo. She's having it tomorrow and she'll need some extra attention and spoilery while she recovers. Add that to the onslaught of birthdays, work, weekends at the beach, and life stuff in general and you can probably see where things got a little crazy.
So, I hope you'll understand my need to recharge, regroup and get energized for new blog posts. I'll be back soon. Take care, everyone!
